At the request of some of my templates' users, I've included a
third-level bullet (but only two numbered list levels). I myself only
use two levels. When I feel the need to use a third level, I rethink the
topic.

Usually, I turn the first-level bullet items into the body text beneath
new Head3s or Head4s.

Sometimes I just go for a walk. ;-)
