Ever notice that subscription services are easy to begin but impossible to leave? I have been trying to close an account with Verio web hosting since last September to no avail. But that's a different story.
I want to move all of my accounts to a new host, so I'm looking for a good commercial host that is responsive and easy to work with. These are all small, consulting sites that go up and come down from time to time as conditions change. Closing an account is as important as opening one. Any suggestions?
