Yes! I get unhandled exception errors and "Operation Style (or Delete or
Move or....) failed: The namespace declaration attribute has an incorrect
'namespaceURI':"." frequently.

MadCap kept telling me to reinstall .NET and I finally stopped reporting the
errors. It seems as if once .NET and Frame are reinstalled, the errors
diminish but within a week or two they are back in force. It is very
frustrating that MadCap doesn't have a fix or at least an explanation.

Thankfully, often the operation succeeds anyway.
