I don't think so. Having been through these types of exercises, I
think all that management is asking for is to document some measures
that have been attempted to try to be more productive and efficient,
They're not looking for quatifiable data...just that an effort is
being made to do more.

I'll bet an email with 4-5 bullets, each with a paragraph or two,
describing the effort that was taken and the believed result will keep
them happy.
