I don't really see the difference. Let's say HeliOS 7 is the latest version. If you think " version 7 or higher" implies that there'll be a HeliOS 8, surely "at least version 7" implies the same thing.

If HeliOS 8 is the latest version then "at least version 7" and " version 7 or higher" are both fine. Neither implies that there'll be a HeliOS 9, 10, 11, ...
