Author-it is listed under DBMS because O*NET lists four items in each
category, and "desktop publishing" already had four items.

Talisma is listed under DBMS because it's more common than such no-names
as Amdocs, SAP, SQL Server, etc.

HATs are omitted altogether because... Anyone? Buehler?

BTW, I missed another DOL classic when I first reviewed the page. One of
our apparent tasks is "arrange for typing."
