My current job title is Documentation Specialist. I'm writing policies and procedures for IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, like Incident Management, as we adapt the processes to fit our organization.

I've been a Technical Writer and an Information Developer and probably some other titles. As long as I'm paid enough for interesting work, they can call me anything they want. --rpmason
