Oy. How many job postings for MDs say $25/hr? I can see it now:

Recruiting Brain Surgeons. No experience required. High School Diploma preferred.

That STW job is probably more like "Senior Typist." They probably have no clue as to difference between the titles.

What really bothers me is $19/hr (no benefits, I bet) goes into the industry statistics for this job title and lowers the value of those who have earned the title through experience, education, and elbow grease. Other companies may get the wrong idea.

Of course, you get what you pay for. But that doesn't help us justify our value.
