Re: Merging disparate DOCs into a single book entity?

All as one document. I generally try to copy the content from one document then use *Edit>>Paste Special>>>Unformatted text*, then apply my styles. If you've used the same template for all of these documents you can just copy and paste without using *Unformatted text*.
