They're only unrealistic if nobody takes it, then they raise the rate
until they get what they need. However, that won't happen because
unemployment is over 6% and they will get responses. A paycheck that
pays more than unemployment because the unemployment check alone won't
cover the mortgage is better than no check.
There are people on this list right now who are wishing you would
include the name of the agency and their phone number. They may even
email you and ask for the information.
