We have established standards for our docs but the online help isn't quite so tied down and we're looking at updating/rewriting the corporate standard for that and wondered if anyone could recommend any good reference books/sites.

I have the Hackos/Stevens book which is still very relevant I think plus a mish-mash of other info on help but I'm looking to get as broad a view before we get into it fully. Any/all suggestions welcome.

TIA

Damien
