Craigslist postings don't typically pay "market rate" for any jobs listed
there. I've seen tech writing jobs posted for 2/3 what I consider market
rate for my area. It's marginally better than elance for freelance work.

I'm sure the Writer's Guild of America (West) has market guidelines. A
script is a script - regardless of where it is "performed." If you are just
starting out, I would expect to be paid less than scale, but you should at
least know what "scale" is for this work.
