Hi
I'm not sure this is the right place to join, as I'm Australian (although I moved here to Britain when I was 1 :P) and I am looking for region specific information.
A cousin told me about this list and how it may help me with some questions I have.
I have been doing some basic web design work as a little sideline job, and someone suggested Technical Authoring as it may suit my skills. I'm personally not so sure, but I figure I may as well look into it, eh? :)
My main question is how big is the Tech Author scene in the UK? I tried some job sites, but didn't come up with much. Is it all done by word of mouth or agencies?
