Are you linking directly to the WebEx recording? How was it recorded:
locally or with network-based recording (NBR)? In either case the recording
is most likely in a proprietary WebEx format (.wrf, or .arf for local and
NBR respectively). Perhaps that's the cause of your problems?

You can convert the proprietary formats to wmv (arf's can be converted to
swf's, too), but only with the WM9 or 9 screen codec, so the files will be
bloated.Typically , if I need to do anything with a WebEx recording other
than let it play from the WebEx server, I convert to WMV and then
re-encode through Microsoft Expression Encoder using the VC-1 Screen codec
to trim out the file bloat.
