Well, Distiller is whining about a pdfmark (a pdf marker for a xref or
equivalent) in the source doc.
To Distiller, "source document" means the PostScript stream that it sees
from FM.
Offhand, I'd suspect a bogus xref or index marker or such that would
generate a link in the destination PDF.
Maybe this is enough of a clue?
If you really wanted to get hardcore, FM may be willing to output the
bare PS to a file for examination. But, reading PostScript isn't for the
faint of heart!
