Bryan,
I've used Knowledge Tree. Was actually about to implement the full
version when SAIC, in its corporate wisdom..., decided to close their
facility here in the KC metro area.
Anyway, the open source version has lots of capability, works very well.
I had it running on a dedicated server running Linux. I recommend
running on Linux.
