I haven't heard of this one either, but despite the title it seems
it's not exactly a Style Guide, such as Chicago or Microsoft or Sun's
Readme 1st. Instead, it seems to discuss the concept of simplified
English a bit more.

But in my view no single book is perfect and the classics are pretty
dated so probably the best style to have is a blend of all these.
