Which was the point in the first place. Someone working
for a software company complained that there was no
industry category he felt included in. What you "ironically
overlooked" when you replied, "Perhaps I'm overlooking
something ironical here, but a "software company" is
clearly within the IT industry" is that you were trying to tell
him he was part of an industry he had just specifically
cited as one he did not feel included in.
