There's a financial Software company in Paramus NJ (email me off list for
the company name) that runs ads very often looking for a TW. Every 3 - 6
months for the past 2 years or so. I'm wondering if they're just looking to
see what's out there. Do they just hire the wrong people? Do they hire
someone, get 3 months work out of them and cut them loose after their
probation period and before they have to start paying benefits? Is the job
or company so bad that the TW's quit?

The whole thing just raises a red flag for me.

Thanks,
Greg Tellander
