I'm happy to be a FTE, but many other Whirlers are contractors. Would
they agree that a 45% outsourcing rate is a "problem"?

Obviously, it *would* be a problem for me if my job were outsourced. But
by the same token, if I were hired by a company to replace a contractor,
"insourcing" would be a problem for that contractor.
