Was she referring to the format as in the design of the document or did she
mean the format of the content, like how the document is sectioned? I would
have asked her to elaborate about what she was looking for.

It could also be that she is required to produce documentation deliverables
and she just needs something attractive to present to upper management.
I've been in that situation before.
