Back in August '06 (I think) there was some discussion here about the
International Institute of Business Analysis. Ann Grove (Susquehanna
Valley STC community president), writing in Logical Writing Solutions,
Inc.'s blog, reports finding a BA body of knowledge, and it turns out
to have been produced by IIBA:
