I can tell you how to jump from capital letter to capital letter, but not capital word to capital word. It might help in your search. I'm using Word 2002, so it might be a bit different depending on the version you're using.
 
Select Use Wildcards on the Find tab. Next to "Find what:" enter [ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ] When you click Find Next, it will jump to the next letter found within the brackets, which is any capital letter.

I am dealing with a document that is peppered with irregularly used capital letters. I'd like to be able to use Find to hop from one capitalized term to the next, so I can get an idea easily of what I'm dealing with.

I would be very grateful if someone could let me in on the secret of how to use wildcards to find capitalized words.
