I wrote a review of the Adobe Tech Comm Suite for in Multilingual
Computing a couple months ago and I've been waiting until it came out
to say anything so I wouldn't undercut the review. (It's in the
current issue if you care to read it.)

The gist of what I wrote was that the ATCS is a real bargain if you:
(a) Already know how to use FM & RH
(b) Want an incredible bargain on buying FM and even one of the other
products in the box (RH, Adobe Acrobat, Captivate)

And under those circumstances, I recommend it.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you expect to buy the ATCS, FM, or RH7
and expect to find documentation for any of the new localization
features or good documentation in general. (The documentation for
FM8 is actually worse than FM7.2, something I didn't think you could
do in a released product.)

It's distressing to me that such a good set of products have such
consistently bad product documentation.
