Dear writers,
At my work, I need to create naming convention for all the files and
folders. Besides, I also need to organize document repository, which
has thousands of documents, to make all the documents easily
accessible. As there had been no naming convention for everyone to
follow led to this chaos. Now the challenge is to define the right
directory structure for all the files/ folders, and also include all
the documents that are being added regularly.
I would really appreciate if anybody can suggest me the standard and
proven method to organize documents with the correct folder structure
and suggest me books on naming convention?
