Sorry, forgot to check what kind of hyperlinks you're talking about. If
you're talking about a TOC and Index, you can use RD fields. If you're
talking about cross-references, I'm thinking the Insert > Hyperlink
command might be your best bet, having inserted the required bookmarks
into the target document beforehand.
