Thanks for posting all the great resources on this topic! I also found
out about a company that uses WordPress for a blog that contains their
documentation (Zebra virtual synthesizer plug-in). Now I'm left wondering
if my choice for a HAT (Doc-To-Help) was the best choice after all...

I figure it was the best decision I could make with the knowledge I had at
the time. :-)

Email lists (this one, HATT, TechCommPros, etc.) continue to be a primary
research and continuing education tool for me. And TechComm is a great way
to blow off steam and have a laugh w/ other tech writers. TechComm:
