TechWhirl (TECHWR-L) is a resource for technical writing and technical communications professionals of all experience levels and in all industries to share their experiences and acquire information.
For two decades, technical communicators have turned to TechWhirl to ask and answer questions about the always-changing world of technical communications, such as tools, skills, career paths, methodologies, and emerging industries. The TechWhirl Archives and magazine, created for, by and about technical writers, offer a wealth of knowledge to everyone with an interest in any aspect of technical communications.
I didn't do anything to my settings. However, I checked my settings again
and everything is fine: mail is enabled and digest is selected.
I miss several digests a month and I have complained to no avail. They say
my spam filter must be getting them but both our Web mail client and Outlook
have spam buckets and both are empty. This is the longest I've gone without
them but I just found a way to read at least some of them by looking in
other than the archives. (I still find the "new" Web site format hard to
use.)
I guess I can't complain too much since it's a free service. :-)

Did you turn off mail before you went on break for Christmas, and then
forget to turn it back on?
To check your subscription settings, use the link at the bottom of any
message to you from the list. It looks like this (minus the space I put in
to keep it from being a live link):
