This actually ties into my uphill push to get our product docs -
including the WebHelp, which is the bulk of the docs for each product -
onto our public website.
Somebody had replied to me, in a previous thread, that one argument I
could use was that exposing the docs would get them indexed by web
search engines. This takes it one step further. Google as a great, big,
honkin' Help system. I like it.

It would also be a great big "take THAT!" to the people who call our
Tech Support, never having glanced at the docs. As often as not, they DO
Google first... "Nyah, nyah. Here's the Help you were avoiding anyway
- thhhpt! - now you've got no excuse." .... er.... not that I'd ....
_say_ that... oh heavens no..... not me.....

That was the wine talking; the office Christmas lunch at the Keg Manor
was lovely. Rest of afternoon off. Time to walk home in sunshine for a
change.
Tah. Don't wait up.

Kevin (in Ottawa, Canada eh?)
