I've just been setting up a bunch of Word templates after a few years of
not having to deal with Word. I found these sites incredibly useful:
I've bookmarked plenty of other sites out there that have good
information, but there's a danger of being flooded with sometimes
conflicting advice. If you just follow these basic instructions on the
Shauna Kelly and MVPs sites on how to set up templates, numbering,
styles, and so on, I'm sure you'll find Word vastly more reliable.
