I tried it again using the PDFMaker tool bar and it worked! Something
that didn't happen before was a pop-up dialogue box asking if I wanted
to open in a web browser or something else. I chose the browser and
voila!

How did you create the PDF? I created mine by clicking the Convert to
Adobe PDF button in the PDFMaker toolbar.
