I recommend "FrameMaker 6 für Dummies" by Sarah O'Keefe. This book gave
me a very quick start.
Unfortunately, when I bought this book some years ago, it was only
available in German. The English edition was for version 5.5.6. But
perphaps it has been updated in the meantime.
