Hi Chris,

So you want us to finance research to prove that companies get a good
return when they invest in skilled tech writers (or as you put it,
"communications help"). That sounds like a plausible study objective.
But before I write you a check, can you show me research that proves
I'll get a good return on my investment in your research?
