Hi, everyone. I've just taken a quick look through the archives and don't
see anything about this.

A little while ago, I started getting emails from an agency called WAI. Now
they're distributing a chart of hourly rates for different types of
freelancing. It doesn't state whether the rates are direct to the freelancer
or through an agency.

Has anyone dealt with this agency? The email is signed by a Todd Carley.
