This strikes me as one of those situations where a wiki might be really
useful. As you go through your day, you might think of something and say
"Hey, I really wish I'd known that when I started" and a wiki would allow
you to dive in, note it and get out. A little time up front establishing a
few base categories and it could grow over time to be a useful resource for
new hires.
