I just worked on a manual that had 6 levels of headings. We did three
levels of headings at a numbered level since the bulk of the document
needed just 3 levels (numbered 1, 1.1, 1.1.1, then 4 levels of outline
levels (1., a., 1) a), but fortunately we never got down to the 7th level.

Since a 7th level exists on our templates, it may be used on some
documents; fortunately, I haven't had to work on anything with that
level of detail. --Eva Whitley
