Looking for 510k, DHF, CE Tech File Writers - Where can I find?

Hello,
   
  I've been out there looking for writers with 510k, DHF, CE Tech File experience. The problem is that most agencies present folks with skills that barely qualify. Or, they come up dry. So, I'm hoping that someone out there can point me in the right direction to agencies or contractors that have  this experience.
