Seeking an energetic team oriented candidate with 3+ years of
technical writing experience.Teletronics Technology Corp designs
and manufactures data acquisition and instrumentation products
used in modern high-performance aircraft, missiles, aerospace
vehicles, underwater vehicles, and land vehicles in commercial,
industrial, and military applications. You will work as part
of a small team responsible for development of technical manuals
associated with embedded computer systems.

U.S. Citizenship Required.

Required Skills:

* Research and develop understanding of system and sub-system
operation.
* Work proactively with engineering and customers to procure and
understand source data.
* Understand and perform to project-specific writing specifications.
* Develop original illustrations such as block diagrams, wiring
diagrams and flowcharts.
* Understanding of electrical and computer engineering principles.
* Ability to take ownership of a project with minimal supervision.
* Ability to multitask with multiple projects in a fast-paced
environment.
* Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and
be able to work in a team environment with a diverse group of
development engineers, test engineers, and manufacturing
technicians.
* Must be able to extract and comprehend system operation from
typical engineering documentation
* High literacy in MS Word, Excel, Visio, Framemaker, and
PowerPoint.

Desired Skills:

* Experience writing or using system-level computer manuals.
* Experience using/developing XML, Schemas or HTML
* Simplified Technical English (ASD/AECMA) writing experience
* Bachelors Degree in an Engineering related area
