Looking for a Word Indexing Plug-in

Hi All,

(Cross-posted to WORD-PC and TECHWR-L)

Can anyone recommend a Word plug-in that can create index files with 
hyper links (similar to Word's TOC feature)?

I plan to turn these word files into PDF and would like to have 
clickable index entries. The indexes are many pages long, so I'm looking 
for an automated solution.

Any ideas appreciated.
