RoboHelp has always had that complex, corpse-like feel to it. At least
it always seemed easier to make a cold body dance than it did to make
RoboHelp animate up as a context-sensitive topic in an application
window.

I'd hoped to find a nice, direct route to the answer to that question.
Maybe click "for Developers" and then "Popping Help at the Right
Time."
