Folks,

In our office, TeamTrack automatically creates a coding task and a doc task when the previous item in the workflow, the technical spec, is approved.

Both the Coding and Doc tasks have to be complete before the bug can move to the next stage, QA.

The Doc tasks are assigned to a .DOC queue that has to be triaged and assigned by the doc manager. Then the person the task is assigned to must complete the task, which moves it to a Unit Test queue. When that is OK'd, the Doc task is finished, and if the coding task is as well, it moves to creates a QA task and moves it into the .QA queue for triage.

It is nice that TT can do these parallel workflow tasks, but other than that, I think the software is a piece of ####.
