Ooh, I remember "A Child's Garden of Grass"! I had both the album (loved
the sound effects) and the book on which it was based. Both were
hilarious, and I loved the dedication in the book. 

I don't think I have either anymore, which is too bad. I just checked
Amazon, and people are selling the book for $58 - $95. Rhino has
released the album on CD, and it's $27! 

Obligatory TW tie-in: IIRC, the book was a pretty good example of a user
manual -- kind of a "Pot for Dummies" book. ;-)
