"XYZ Corporation is pleased to announce the availability of its ScoobyPie
Version 4.25."

This is the opening sentence of a release note I'm working on. I'd
lower-case "version," and the Microsoft Manual of Style seems to agree.
Would you? Is there any compelling reason to leave it uc?

Thanks.
