LOL! The procedure was named for Maggie Seccara, a member of this list who
finds it invaluable <g>. It means "copy everything but the last paragraph
mark and paste it into a new document." Why? Because Word hods a lot of
information in its paragraph marks, particularly the last mark in a document
or section, and when you copy all but it, you usually leave a lot of garbage
behind.
