For those few, those happy few Whirlers who document medical devices...
Someone just told me that the merger of Class I and Class II medical
devices is "imminent," but couldn't back it up with a reference.

I found plenty of old references to this kind of legislation on Google,
but nothing recent. Does anyone have anything recent on this one?
