This is sound advice. Even more, I would meet with your developers to
see if you can create a help system that stores information in a
database and renders on-the-fly into HTML help. HATs are great for
simple help systems, but if you really want in-depth content or
adaptive response, you're going to need to hook your system up to a DB
and have it render a sensible response...
