Dear Shelly,

Your Developer would just need to make a JavaScript or a URL call to open
the WebHelp file, We have had many users who have used VB and opened
WebHelp with these type of calls. You will want to be sure that you have
created a Header and Alias file, and give the Map Id file to your developer
so they know which Calls to make to open which topic. For more information
