Yeah, no problem.

Use a main directory, with subdirectories organized by product type and
then product name, and make filenames the name of each document and
then a revision/version number.

Then create an ARCHIVE folder for older stuff, and let the 0.02% of
your audience who are seeking that shuffle through the muck.
