Yes I could have, but I thought that, at that time, there was a very high probability that you would have not believed me. After all, saying that structured writing does not exist on a TWing listserv is not what one would expect.

I basically, asked your question a few years ago - and got simular responses.

What you want to know is how to WRITE structured content. Analysis,
minor formating issues, and post-writing issues to the side, structured
writing, as it appears you are finding out, does not exist.
