If your management team is truly that busy - and aren't they all? - then
they won't have the time to read it and won't make the time, either.
They will - at best - skim it.
Your job is to do the heavy lifting for them. Cheat Sheet it. Bullet
point it. Lay it out. Do it up in Readers Digest format. Make it as easy
as possible for them to be able to understand it as quickly as possible.
Use a What's In It For Me format.
Laugh if you want, but this sometimes works. Give them both an outline
and an executive summary. Trust me. They will love the summary,
especially if you lavish a little bit of TLC on it and label it
Executive Summary.
